Are you looking for some bite-sized, party-friendly cookie dough recipes? Cookie dough pops are the answer!
All you will need for these no-bake cookie dough pops is food-safe sticks, chocolate for melting and toppings of your choice.
Roll the raw cookie dough into balls, poke the stick into the centre (making sure it doesn’t go all the way through the ball) then dip into melted chocolate. While the chocolate is still sticky, coat them in your chosen toppings like 100’s & 1000’s, sprinkles, desiccated coconut or gold leaf, then pop them in the refrigerator to set.

If you are not a great baker but want to look like one, this cookie dough recipe is for you! These cookie dough brownies are a mouth-watering and easy treat you can bake in a flash, all with the help of a box of brownie mix from the grocery store and a tub of Rock Your Dough.
Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions. Once baked, let it cool for a few minutes then scoop cookie dough onto the brownie and spread it evenly. Place it in the refrigerator to set, and voila!
Nutella Stuffed Cookies
This cookie dough recipe takes your average choc chip cookies to the next level. Big in size and even bigger in flavour, these decadent and gooey Nutella stuffed cookies will be your new favourite treat.
Spoon individual scoops of Nutella onto a lined tray (you could also use Biscoff cookie butter, caramel or White chocolate spread) and place them in the freezer to harden.
Once set, flatten out your ready-made Cold Rock cookie dough into individual discs on a lined bake tray, sit the frozen Nutella into the centre of each of them then wrap the cookie dough around it into large balls.
Bake at 1700C for around 10-15 minutes or until they hold their shape but are still slightly soft.
