By accessing, browsing and/or using this website you agree to the terms of use and agree to use the site in accordance with all applicable laws. For ALL Cold Rock Vouchers
  1. No Loyalty Card stamp will be issued.
  2. Original Vouchers Only
  3. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other Cold Rock voucher.
  4. Only one Voucher per transaction
  5. May not be reproduced or copied by any means what-so-ever.
  6. Cold Rock Franchisees and their staff have the right to refuse the use of the voucher if there is any evidence of tampering or duplication.

Cold Rock VIP Club
 
  1. All the required fields need to be filled in for the registration form to be processed.
  2. If you are under 10 years old and use the same e-mail address as someone else, please send an email with your details to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and you will be manually subscribed.
  3. The Cold Rock VIP Club entitles the member to:
    1.       Receive a Buy One Get One Free for Subscribing Voucher (BOGOFS), entitling the recipient to receive a free Cold Rock Ice Cream.
    2.       Free Birthday Ice Cream Voucher (FBI) on their birthday.
    3.       Birthday Cake Voucher (BCV), allowing a discount of $10 off their birthday cake
  4. By joining the Cold Rock VIP Club you agree to receive ongoing Cold Rock promotional material.

Buy One Get One Free for Subscribing Voucher (BOGOFS)
  1. Entrants to the VIP Club will receive a BOGOFS voucher, which entitles the recipient, on presentation of the voucher, to receive a free Cold Rock Ice Cream, up to the same value, when purchasing any Regular or Large Cold Rock Ice Cream at the relevant store's normal selling price.  This excludes all Mix Ins.
  2. The redemption offer is available at all Cold Rock stores.
  3. To redeem the BOGOFS voucher, the emailed voucher must be printed and presented to the Cold Rock store.
  4. Only one transaction per email voucher may be used.
  5. Stores may request identification to confirm that the presenter is the correct person listed on the email voucher.
 

Free Birthday Ice Cream Voucher (FBI)
 
  1. The FBI entitles the birthday person to get 1 kiddies size (4oz) Cold Rock Ice Cream with 1 Mix In for free.
  2. To receive a FBI, the customer’s details must be registered with CRM at least 21 days prior to their birthday.
  3. The FBI will be provided by email, at least 7 days before the birth-date and will be valid on the actual birthday date only.
  4. Stores may request Identification to confirm that the presenter is the correct person and that their birthday is on the day of redemption.
  5. If a Cold Rock store is closed due to a public holiday, the FBI may be used the day before or the day after the public holiday.
Birthday Cake Voucher (BCV)
 
  1. The BCV entitles the birthday person to get $10 off the purchase of any Cold Rock Cake, provided the purchase of the Cold Rock Cake is $30 or above.
  2. To receive a BCV, the customer’s details must be registered with CRM at least 35 days prior to their birthday.
  3. The BCV will be provided by email, at least 28 days before the birth-date and will be valid up to 7 days after the actual birthday only.
  4. Stores may request Identification to confirm that the presenter is the correct person and that their birthday is not more than 28 days prior to their birth-date and not more than 7 days after their birth-date. 
Cold Rock Loyalty Club Cards (LCC)
  1. The LCC will be stamped once, for every ice cream or ice cream based beverage purchase.
  2. There is a limit of one (1) stamp per ice cream, no matter the value (E.G. a kiddies ice cream and a large ice cream are both entitled to one stamp each, as are Take Home Packs and Cake purchases).
  3. There are no limits per transaction (E.G. If a customer purchases 5 ice creams in one transaction, they are entitled to 5 stamps).
  4. LCC are for the individuals use only and are not transferable (ie cannot be shared).
  5. Only one LCC discount can be redeemed per transaction. 
Sweet Deals Vouchers

Free Up-size voucher
  1. Only valid when upgrading from a Kiddies to a Regular size Cold Rock Ice Cream. 
  2. All other Terms as per Cold Rock Vouchers.
$5 Cake Voucher
  1. Take $5 off the purchase of any Cold Rock Ice Cream Cake, with a minimum purchase price of $30.
  2. All other Terms as per Cold Rock Vouchers.
$5 off 1L Take Home Pack Voucher
  1. Take $5 off the purchase of a Cold Rock 1 litre Take Home Pack of ice cream.
  2. Pack Must contain at least 4 Mix Ins.
  3. All other Terms as per Cold Rock Vouchers.
$2 Drink Voucher
  1. Purchase any 600ml drink from the Coca Cola range for only $2 when purchasing any Cold Rock Ice Cream Product.
  2. All other Terms as per Cold Rock Vouchers.
Free Mix In Voucher
  1. Include a (1) free Mix In when purchasing a Regular Cold Rock Ice Cream with a minimum of 1 Mix In.
  2. All other Terms as per Cold Rock Vouchers.
Free Ice Cream Voucher
  1. Only valid with a Regular size Cold Rock Ice Cream.
  2. Get a Free Regular size Cold Rock when purchasing a Regular Cold Rock Ice Cream.
  3. Mix Ins are extra.
  4. All other Terms as per Cold Rock Vouchers.
2013/14 Entertainment Book Vouchers

Buy One Get One Free
  1. Size is regular only.
  2. Mix Ins are not included.
  3. Not valid with any other discount or offer (ie. no loyalty card stamp).
  4. Valid until 1st June 2014.
  5. Voucher must be surrendered at redemption.
25% Off Any Cake Purchase
  1. Maximum discount is $15 (ie. if the cake purchase is over $60, only a $15 discount will be applied).
  2. Not valid with any other discount or offer (ie. no loyalty card stamp).
  3. Valid until 1st June 2014.
  4. Voucher must be surrendered at redemption.
Deposit Refund
1. The deposit invoice represents the deposit for a proposed Cold Rock franchised store. 2. The deposit invoice would only be issued to a proposed Cold Rock Franchisee who has received the draft generic disclosure document. 3. The deposit is fully refundable less any Internal Administrative Costs as defined in the proposed Franchise Agreement, which is contained in the draft generic disclosure document provided. 4. Any dispute must follow clause 33 of the proposed Franchise Agreement, which is contained in the draft generic disclosure document provided.
